- Try to have some breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up, preferably a healthy one
This will help your Metabolism, if you don`t your system might go into reserve mode and try to store what you eat later instead of turning the food into energy. There are many studies out there that proof how important it is to have breakfast!!! Many people state they can`t eat breakfast, even then have a healthy fruit juice, a banana, some oatmeal, just even a small breakfast will help tremendously.
- Try to eat smaller portions spread throughout the day, about 4 - 6 times
Your metabolism will be at top level if you eat a little bit all day long.Your system constantly receives nutrition and will easier convert calories into energy not fat, you will have better energy and more than likely will maintain or loose weight
- Try to chew your food thoroughly
It helps you eat less since you feel full faster and makes it easier for your system to digest
- Drink plenty of purified water, at least 8 x 8 ounces every day
Your body is made up of 60-70% water, which constantly needs to be replaced in order for you to maintain a healthy body environment. It is so important !!! (Constipation is often linked to simply not enough water intake)
- Eat fruit by itself
The best way is to eat fruit on an empty stomach such as in the morning. Fruit goes right through your digestive system and if you have food sitting in your stomach the fruit can not pass through easily. We drink a big fresh fruit juice every morning, we get our fruit servings and our stomach is empty; it`s a great healthy way to start your day

- Think Whole Grain
Try to replace your white processed breads, pastas, rice and cereals with whole grain choices as much as you can. There are great whole grain products out there that actually taste really good
- Go Organic
Unfortunatley there is more and more evidence that our foods are loaded with toxins, chemicals and pesticides that are possible very harmful to your health. So we strongly encourage you to eat organic or if you can try to grow your own veggies and more, even better. On a good note, there are more and more great tasting organic products out there than ever before.
- Read Nutrition Labels
Make sure you read Nutrition Labels carefully, a product might seem healthy but it could be loaded with lots of other bad stuff in addition to only some good ingredients. The ingredients are listed according to highest amount in the product, 2nd highest and so on
